Choose from the following list the type of shipping you would like. Please note that ground shipping, 2 day shipping, 3 day shipping and Next Day air is only available in the lower 48 USA states. For shipments outside of the USA you must choose the shipping option for your country. Also, for shipments ouside of the USA if you need us to send your order in two separate shipments so that the value is approximately equal you have the option to choose to split your shipment into 2 equal (or nearly equal) value shipments.
